Pineapple Honey Jerk Chicken with Creamy Pasta
Marinated jerk chicken, glazed in a medium-heat sweet jerk sauce with pineapple, honey, mixed peppers, and onions. Served over a bed of rich, creamy pasta that balances every bit of that heat. Topped with a cucumber mango salsa for an extra sweet crunch.
